The competition authorities have approved the takeover of 66% of Quehenberger Logistics by Geis with retroactive effect from 1 January 2023. This means that Geis is now officially the majority owner of the Augustin Quehenberger Group and has been given the green light to work with its new colleagues.

In addition to the renewed quality and environmental management certifications, Geis has now also obtained the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Certificate. This shows that quality, environmental responsibility and care for employees are not just a phrase for Geis.

The logistics company Geis has achieved a high AAA rating from the renowned Dun & Bradstreet.

The logistics provider has set a new record with net sales of €1.335 billion in 2022, an increase of 14.5% compared to 2021. This year, the company will focus on further investments, especially in sustainable projects.

After a two-year covid hiatus, the imaginary starting gates of the Avon March for Healthy Breasts will open on 24 September 2022. Logistics firm Geis has traditionally been a partner of this charity event in support of women with breast cancer and their families.

On Monday, 27 June, we opened and started operations in our new branch in Petrovany near Prešov.
