Despite economic uncertainties, rising costs and increasingly intense competition, the Geis Group stayed on course in the 2024 financial year - and further consolidated its position in the market, and not just through company acquisitions. With a turnover of 1.95 billion euros, the family-owned company recorded an increase of 3.2 percent compared to the previous year. The Slovak part of the group even achieved year-on-year turnover growth of 10.8%.

ContinueThe Geis Group continues to expand and strengthen its position in the German market through two important acquisitions. As of 1 January 2025, Geis will take over all shares of its long-standing partner, the Gras Group, based in Neuwied near Koblenz. Shortly thereafter, from 1 April 2025, it will also take over two Krüger locations in Göttingen. The acquisitions strengthen the Geis Group's position in West and Central Germany and expand its position in the IDS network.
